France is also joining.
For the one who don't know my alias, my "real" name is Fabien Osmont.
I'm french, living in the east of France. My shogi level is not so high (8 Kyu :? ) but I try to take part in the promotion of Shogi in France. |

| It is not important what kyu have shogi players to promote the game. You can be a beginner or very strong player. But if you are interested in shogi or can do something to promote the game you are welcome! |

| I joined a little while ago but I haven't introduced myself. My name is Will Taylor and I'm from England. I'm interested in abstract strategy games in general, and am a beginner at shogi. I'm ECF 124 (maybe about 1800 ELO) at chess, and 8 kyu (KGS) at go. |

Hello from Sierra Vista, AZ USA!
I'm a semi-chess nut who decided to check out some of chess's close relations, such as xiangqi and shogi. I purchased Shotest Shogi on Xbox Live and have been learning how to play. I even printed out a PDF of a shogi board and pieces for face to face play here: www.genedavissoftware.com/boards/ .
I normally use Western-style pieces as I'm still learning how to identify the traditional pieces, ( had similar issues with xiangqi :) ).
Pleasure to be here. :) |

Hi all!
My names Jonathan (or Jon if you wish) from VA, USA.
I just started learning shogi about a week ago and I am loving it. I'm very much a beginner but always willing to learn from a better player.
Glad to find a shogi community I can be a part of. Glad to meet you all! |
