| Hey, I try in all my games never give a checkmate with a pawn. I suppost is a rule in shogi, can you give a checkmate with a pawn?? |

You can't checkmate with a "pawn" drop.
You can however checkmate with a move on the board. |

Where is the problem?
For example:
B*5d! K5b +R3b G*4b S*6c! ... |

It looks as a mate in 15
G5d
1 .... K5b, R4c+ if K6a. R4a+ G*5a, S*7b G7b, G7b mate if K5a, S*4b K6a, B7b G7b, G7b K7b, R5b+ N*6b, G*6c K8b, R6b+ S*7b, R7b+ mate
2 K7d S*7e, K8e f8, Kd9 e9 |

or maybe not mate in 15 becouse S6c is a shorter way if G6c then B4c

It's a mate in 11.

The rook is already promoted, so +R3b is possible - and it's faster. |
