Belarus has no great success in the international tournaments on shogi. However, the history of shogi in Belarus counts already more than seven years. There were information about shogi in massmedia, a lot of tournaments. There is a students shogi club in Minsk. Welcome to know more about Shogi in Belarus

After summer vacations there were resumed the meetings of students Shogi Club in Belarus State Pedagogical University (Minsk). By the way the Chairman and leader of the Shogi Club Sergei Lysenka was the participant of ESC/WOSC 2008 and got 6 wins in 9 games.
